My email address is not recognised

CareerSet uses institution- or partner-specific login pages. Please ensure you are using the correct access link provided by your educational institution, career centre, or authorised partner, and double-check that you have entered your email address correctly.

If your institution uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you must log in via your institution’s authentication system. If you experience issues with SSO access, please contact your institution’s IT helpdesk or career centre directly, as CareerSet does not manage institutional login credentials.

If you are not using SSO and are still unable to log in:

  • Manually retype your email address (avoiding browser auto-fill features)
  • Ensure you are using your correct academic or registered email address
  • Check your spam or junk folder for the login link
  • Try using a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox

If the issue persists, please contact your institution or programme administrator to confirm that your access has been activated.
