My CV won't process (after loading screen)

Please ensure your CV is uploaded in PDF format and contains identifiable text (saved as a PDF from Word, not a scanned image).

It is also important that your section headers are clear and conventional, such as 'Work Experience' and 'Education.' You can find CV templates by scrolling down in the CareerSet dashboard after logging in.

If your CV still cannot be processed, please send us a copy so we can investigate further. For privacy reasons, it has not been stored.
