How long is my user data stored for?

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide CareerSet’s services.

Feedback reports and, where document storage is enabled by your educational institution, uploaded CV documents are automatically deleted 36 months after your most recent document submission.

User account information (such as your name and verification details) is automatically deleted 36 months after your last login.

You may also request deletion of your account or uploaded documents at any time. Your data may be removed earlier if our partnership with your educational institution ends.
