How long is my user data stored for?

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide CareerSet’s services.

User account information, such as your name, email address and verification details, is automatically deleted 36 months after your last login.

Feedback reports and stored documents, where document storage applies, are automatically deleted 36 months after your most recent relevant document submission.

You can request deletion of your account, feedback reports or stored documents at any time by contacting support@careerset.com.

Your data may also be deleted earlier if CareerSet’s partnership with your educational institution ends.
