What happens to the original documents I upload?

Our solution design aims to balance minimising data processing/storage with optimising functionality and user experience. Here are the details on how we handle the three types of personal documents we process:

• CVs: Immediately converted to CV feedback reports. The original CV is not stored.
• Cover letters: Content is stored for the duration of one session to specify exact improvement points and show keyword matching in case of a submitted job description.
• LinkedIn profiles: This solution features an updated design, providing feedback on an experience-specific basis. It is an interactive tool that enables students to make immediate changes. We store the submitted LinkedIn profile content.
