What skills and keywords are checked?

When you upload a job description, we use natural language processing technology to map all relevant keywords and skills into two categories on the right side of the screen: soft skills (highlighted in orange) and hard skills (highlighted in green). On the left side of the screen, we display which hard skills are found and which ones are missing, along with the soft skills that are important to demonstrate cultural fit.
