Can my career centre see my data?

If your educational institution or authorised partner has made CareerSet available to you, authorised career centre staff may be able to view your CareerSet usage activity and feedback reports. This helps them provide more personalised careers support where appropriate.

Where Visual CV Feedback is enabled, authorised staff may also be able to view stored CV documents within CareerSet, subject to the access permissions available to your institution.

If your institution has chosen an optional integration with a career centre management system, such as Symplicity CareerHub or Group GTI / TARGETconnect, relevant CareerSet activity, scores or results may also be securely synchronised with that system, depending on the configuration of the integration.

Your data is not shared with your institution for unrelated marketing purposes. Access is intended to support careers guidance, service delivery and relevant institutional reporting in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
