Can my career centre see my data?

If your educational institution or authorised partner has made CareerSet available to you, authorised career centre staff may have visibility of your usage activity and feedback reports. This enables them to provide more personalised career support when you seek advice.

Where Visual CV Feedback is enabled by your institution, authorised staff may also be able to view stored CV documents within the platform, in accordance with the access permissions configured by your institution.

In some cases, your institution may use an integrated career centre management system (such as Group GTI or Symplicity). Where integrated, relevant data may also be stored securely within that system to support service delivery.

Your data is not shared with your institution for marketing or unrelated purposes. It is used solely to support your employability and career development.
