My CV upload gets stuck (no loading screen)

If you are stuck on the 'Upload your CV' page and your document does not upload, your browser's plugins might be interfering with the process. Here are a few things you can try:

• Click the upload button instead of dragging and dropping the file into the upload box.
• If you initially tried clicking the upload button, then try dragging and dropping your CV into the upload box instead.
• Restart your browser and try logging in again.
• Disable extensions on your browser, or consider using a different browser.
