How does Career Insights work?

Career Insights works by analysing the job description you submit within TargetMyCV.

When you choose to use Career Insights, the submitted job description is securely transmitted to OpenAI, which is used to generate structured insights about the role, including responsibilities, potential career pathways and relevant future skills.

Your CV is not sent to OpenAI for Career Insights.

Career Insights is an optional feature. Your educational institution determines whether it is available within TargetMyCV, and you choose whether to use it.

CareerSet uses OpenAI under a business/API arrangement under which submitted CareerSet content is not used to train or improve OpenAI's general-purpose AI models.

Career Insights should not be confused with Career Map, which is a separate CareerSet product.
