What data is stored when I use TargetMyCV?

When you use TargetMyCV, your CV and the job description you submit are processed to generate tailored feedback.

Your submitted job description is retained, together with your resulting feedback report, so that the relevant TargetMyCV functionality and previous results can be provided.

The core TargetMyCV analysis does not use a third-party AI provider.

If your institution has enabled the optional Career Insights feature and you choose to use it, the submitted job description is securely transmitted to OpenAI to generate additional career insights. Your CV is not sent to OpenAI for Career Insights.

Stored job descriptions and feedback reports are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention periods.
