What data is stored when I use Cover Letter Feedback?

When you use Cover Letter Feedback, the system analyses the content of your cover letter to generate personalised feedback and highlight suggested improvements.

To enable this interactive functionality, the cover letter text is temporarily stored for the duration of your session only. This allows the platform to highlight specific sections where changes are recommended while you review the feedback.

Once your session ends, the cover letter itself is not retained.

Some institutions or authorised partners may also enable optional AI writing suggestions within this tool. This is a separate feature and depends on the settings chosen by the organisation that provides you access to CareerSet.
