What is ScoreMyCV AI+ and how is my data handled?

ScoreMyCV AI+ is a separate configuration of ScoreMyCV that provides a multilingual, AI-supported CV feedback experience.

Unlike standard ScoreMyCV, ScoreMyCV AI+ uses third-party AI technology as part of its core functionality. It uses Mistral AI to parse your CV and OpenAI as part of its AI-supported functionality. Machine Readability is also integrated into the ScoreMyCV AI+ experience.

When you use ScoreMyCV AI+, your CV is securely stored within CareerSet as part of the visual, document-based feedback experience, together with your feedback report.

CareerSet does not send your CareerSet account details, such as your name or email address, to AI providers as separate account information, although your CV may itself contain personal information you have chosen to include.

CareerSet uses OpenAI and Mistral AI under business/API arrangements under which submitted CareerSet content is not used to train or improve their general-purpose AI models.

Your educational institution determines whether ScoreMyCV AI+ is made available to you.

Your stored CV and feedback reports are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention periods.
