How is my data handled when I use Career Map?

Career Map processes the information you choose to provide to generate personalised career insights.

You may provide information such as a role, industry or job description. You can also choose to submit your CV, but CV submission is optional.

If you submit a CV, it is processed as part of the Career Map analysis but the CV itself is not retained.

Your resulting Career Map feedback report is stored within CareerSet. Depending on the information you provided, the report may include your submitted job description, role or industry information and analysis generated against your CV.

Career Map uses AI technology provided by OpenAI as part of its functionality. CareerSet uses OpenAI under business/API arrangements under which submitted CareerSet content is not used to train or improve OpenAI's general-purpose AI models.

Your Career Map feedback report is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention periods.
